How Does This Design Tool Work?
Each Design Tool has several stages that will take you step-by-step through designing your own piece. After you click on an image and make your selection for each step you will be allowed to move on to the next step. Click on the selected component at the bottom of each section to see a close-up.
You *must* make a selection in the current step before you will be allowed to move on. But you will always be able to go back and change selections in previous steps.
There is a summary in the right hand column showing the bead and component choices you have made so far. You can go back to previous steps and change them here.
Some steps are required and some are optional. You can skip optional steps and go right to the next required step. TAKE YOUR TIME and carefully consider each component! There are over 15,000,000 possible combinations of components on some of the design tools so you are provided with an excellent opportunity to design something unique.
Once you have placed your order I will make you mala. Please remember that *everything* I make is unique and can take a couple weeks to complete.
The adjustable knot is simply a static knot through which the bracelet cords move. It pinches the bracelet cords together and keeps them firmly in place.
To open the adjustable knot simply pull apart on the two 8mm end beads (silver in this photo). The bracelets cords will travel through the static knot and the circumference of the bracelet will increase. ALWAYS pull on the beads closest to the knot to open the bracelet.
To close the knot after putting the bracelet on your wrist simply pull apart on the two beads on the ends of the dangling bracelet cords. The cords will travel through the static knot and the bracelet will close on your wrist.
